Key Responsibilities

• Manage a project module with support and guidance from senior team members
• Autonomously deliver reliable and accurate research for client projects and proposals
• Conduct analysis of quantitative and qualitative data, synthesizing and positioning the findings within the larger project context
• Summarize and clearly communicate main ideas and findings from work through written, graphical or oral presentations
• Help facilitate and lead discussions within project teams and client groups
• Co-ordinate, motivate and coach junior team-members
• Acts as an expert in a selected range of telecom topics, supporting the development of intellectual capital and coaching other team members on these topics.

Qualification / Requirements

Key Requirements

• An MBA from a leading global business school
• 2-3 years’ experience within a top tier management consultancy firm
• Basic knowledge and interest in the TMT industry
• Excellent analysis and problem solving skills
• Highly motivated to perform, learn and improve
• Flexible to accommodate frequent travel
• Proactively takes the initiative beyond the tasks assigned and is resourceful
• Team player, open-minded, possesses cultural awareness and sensitivity
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and add value
